Group reservations
GROUP BOOKINGS AT THE BANK
For groups of 10 to 25 guests.
Please make sure all members of your group arrive within 10 minutes of the reservation time.
If you would like to bring your own cake, a €3 per person cake fee applies.
IMPORTANT
Group bookings must be requested at least
48 hours in advance and are only confirmed once the required prepayment has been received.
The terrace remains walk-in only.
SHARING FOOD BOOKING
Available Wednesday to Sunday
Our Sharing Food Formula – €29.50 p.p.
includes a selection of sharing dishes for the table.
Drinks are not included.
Additional sharing dishes and drinks can of course be ordered during your visit.
A 50% prepayment is required to confirm the booking.
AFTERWORK DRINKS – THE BANK LOUNGE
Available daily from 5 PM to 7:30 PM
For groups of 10 to 25 guests, we can reserve The Bank Lounge, our indoor lounge area with Chesterfield sofa, lounge chairs and surrounding tables.
A
€200 prepayment is required to confirm the reservation and will be fully deducted from your final bill.
A minimum spend of €30 per person applies.
CANCELLATION
Cancellations or changes must be made by email at least 48 hours before the reservation.
For late cancellations or no-shows, the prepayment may be retained.
ONE PAYMENT POLICY
For group bookings, the entire bill must be settled in one single payment.
Separate payments per person are not possible.
PREPAYMENT
A prepayment is required to confirm all group bookings:
- Sharing Food Booking: 50% of the food formula
- Afterwork Drinks: €200
The prepayment is deducted from the final bill.
A VAT/till receipt can be provided as proof of purchase.
